FIVE STAR MANUFACTURING
Five Star Manufacturing has always been located in a spring valley town in SW Missouri, producing “best in class” aluminum products since 1984. Our journey began with the invention of the ATV, which quickly became an effective tool on the farm. Our founding partners were ranchers, hunters, race enthusiasts and industrialists. They got tired of backing into ditches or using lumber to load ATVs in pickup trucks. They built their own ramps out of steel tubing and rebar. These were better than a 2 x 6, but they were heavy and quickly rusted. Aluminum would obviously make a better ramp, so they made several sets. All of the relatives and neighbors wanted aluminum ramps and a business was born!
We were the first to offer aluminum recreational ramps to a national market. With patents in place, we quickly grew to become the largest manufacturer of aluminum ramps in the world. Other product lines soon followed.
Our popular auto body product line was added in 1988. These products are designed to maximize functionality and service life while minimizing footprint. Many designs are modular and fold or collapse for storage. We call them auto body because they originally solved challenges for the collision repair industry. Don’t let the name fool you! All kinds of shops use our auto body products. They work anywhere people create, produce, service or repair things.
Two additional product lines were added later, including our Agriculture and Mobility products. We’ve made it all for decades, made it out of the same grade of tempered aluminum, and made it in America. If you want the best, buy American by Five Star Manufacturing.
